MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

I absolutely love Christmas! This year seemed to be a little more chaotic than others though. The tree wasn't up until later than usual and the shopping had been put off until later than normal. I guess that ended up working well because all of the kiddos change their minds several times on what they want. We finally pulled it all together and ended up with an awesome day that was spent with family, attending church and of course food.  Present opening didn't begin until 8:00.  We slept in and then actually ate breakfast before opening presents. We wanted to let little Granty wake up on his own and he was the last to get up.

Hot! Hot! Hot! Hot Chocolate!

And all of them enjoyed their hot chocolate and cookie!

Grant kept kicking Grandpa because Papa wouldn't give Grant his ticket... So Papa gave him a little dose of his own medicine!

Nathan really wants that snow in his mouth!

I just love Grant's face in this picture!
This picture just makes me laugh every time I see it!

I think this is my favorite picture from the whole trip! I just love this picture!

Halloween Weekend!!!!! Parte!

We had Nathan's class party during the day and that evening the Trunk or Treat! Kids had a blast. Poor Nathan was a little upset for the Trunk or Treat so he wasn't dressed up for picture time. He changed his mind and ended up getting dressed a little later and had a blast!
Miss Kassi came and hung out with us which also made it more fun for the kiddos!

Conference Weekend and Pumpkin Painting!

Cousins came over while men were at priesthood session. We kicked off halloween and got the pumpkins decorated! I am so grateful to be married to a man that loves and honors the priesthood. He is such a good example to all of us!

First Day of School 2011!!!

Nathan off to class!

Grant's not so sure about this.

Everyone was excited for school to start! It was a bittersweet for me. I love having the kids home. All of the kids have wonderful loving teachers! They are what teachers used to be like in the old days. All about the kids. Nathan has been ready and wanting to go to a "real" school like the girls. First day of kindergarten finally came for him and he was excited! Grant on the other hand has been a little lost. He doesn't know what to do without any of his siblings home. It has been an adjustment for him, as well as me, because his behavior has definitely changed...

Wow! 8 months has gone by and not one single post. Yikes!!! Everyone is growing up soooo fast. I went to grab a doll for my primary lesson yesterday. It dawned on me as I was searching the house that my girls don't play with dolls anymore. Reality set in for me. The girls are all grown up and the dolls are all gone.

Reindeer Cupcakes and Christmas Day!!!!

And of course Grant has Pa pa's gla-a-asses.

Uncle Clint made crutches for his kids made out of PVC pipe. Ever since the kids saw them they have been asking for a pair so guess what they got for Christmas?

Grandma and Grandpa came over for the decorating party also!

Hmmmmm
Cousin Michelle was also there 1 out of the 3 times we decorated today.

Yes I went all out with full on dyes and hfcs in everything. The kids had a blast and we made memories today! I let them decorate them all by themselves including Grant who mostly ate instead of decorate. I just love being a mom!
