Grant's Got Talent!!!

He is such a riot!

Happy Birthday Grant 1 Year Old!!!!!!!!!!!

"What am I going to do? It is all gone." Happy Birthday. We all love you Grant!
First taste of chocolate (that mom knows of anyway). Yum Yum!

And the faces just keep coming.
"I'm waiting!"

"Just give me a stinkin piece already."

"Hands off brother... This is my cake"
I just love all four of them. What would I do without you guys?
Vroom Vroom
Daddy is out of town so the girls pitched in and did his job of putting the toys together.
We miss you Daddy!

This is the face of Grant. Love it!
He definitely started hamming it up for the camera!

He finally has his own cars that big brother can't take away from him. Yeah right!

Grant is a BIG BOY now! 1 year old and on the road to being and awesome todder ;)! OK... so I got a little camera happy. But who wouldn't with such a cute face to take pictures of?

Wedding Day for Rebecca & Matt 4/18/09

It is just so important to make memories no matter what stage of life you are in. My family is one of the most important things in my life. I could not imagine life without any one of them as each one is such a blessing in their own unique way. Cherish every moment you have and live in every moment!
What a bummer. I missed getting a picture of daddy in his outfit for the wedding.
He looked awesome!
What a cutie!
Poor Brooke.
My girls!
Nathan decided it was safer to stick with the sand rather that hang out in the burning water.

Look at the dimple on the cheek... just like mom's!

Let's go fly a kite.

More of the Aker bunch! Aren't they cute!
Got Sand?Hey... Grant wasn't screaming? Aunt Kim must have the touch (and a little help from the ocean).
Wedding is over... time to party. These kids are crazeeeee. The water was freezing cold.
How cute. Nathan roped uncle Matt in to walking him out to the water. Little did we know that as soon as the salt water hit Nathan's legs it would burn like crazy. Poor guy.

I just thought this was a cool picture. Aren't they just sweet? Congratulations guys! The big wedding finally came. Of course Nathan was being difficult and would not walk down with the girls unless he was escorted by Grandma! What do ya do with a 2 year old. Cute! Cute!

Disneyland 4/16-17/09

Had to do the picture in front of the castle for the girls.
Never saw the princess's so the castle will do.

The icing on the the cake... Mater. I think Nathan was actually more excited about Mater than McQueen.
Mr. Potato Head walked right in front of Kami, looked right at her and raised his eyebrows. I guess you need the video camera for that. It was hilarious.
This was the highlight of the trip for Nathan!
Poor Grant... he was feeling a little picked on. Little Brooke just could not resist the blond hair.

Waiting for the Pixar parade. The parade was one of the funnest things.

Once Nathan saw this car he kept asking to see it until we took him to sit in it. I'm guessing he likes cars.

This wasn't a great picture but just had to put it in there for the memory. Nathan was throwing a fit and had a pretty rough day. It all changed as soon as he was able to drive the car around the track. He even got his own little drivers license! I pushed the pedal and he got to steer!

Doesn't Daddy look so manly on those tea cups? I think one of Emily's favorite things was to carry that map around and look at it! First stop was the train. Nathan had to ride it but when he saw me step off to take a picture he was just a little concerned that they would leave without me. I guess he does love me!
